Business systems and automation in Bolton
Most of what I found in Bolton was in lettings and property management, and the pattern was consistent enough to be worth saying plainly: the busiest firms had the fewest ways to reach them online.
What I found looking at Bolton businesses
Seen on their own public websites, the way a customer would see them. Nobody is named.
- Property managers where every repair, from a dripping tap to a dead boiler, comes in by phone, because there is no form for tenants to use.
- Busy agencies with more than one office and long opening hours, and no contact form on the website at all.
- Driving schools selling discounted block bookings with no way to pay for them online, so every package is agreed and chased by hand.
Start with what’s wrong
If you can already see which one of these is you, the fix is often smaller than you’d think. If you can’t, the Business Health Check finds it for £195, and that comes off any work you go ahead with.
- Starter site£350
One page, or a few with nav. Something real to send people to.
- Business website£650
A site that explains what you do and gets people to enquire.
- Get found£395
Google, Maps and AI assistants get a clear picture of what you do and where.
- Job intake system£395
The details and the photos arrive together, ready to price.
- Booking + automation£500
Customers book themselves. Missed calls get answered.
- Website + booking£995
Both, built as one thing rather than bolted together.
Founding client pricing until the tenth completed project. After that the standard rate applies.
