Business systems and automation · Wigan

Bring me the problem. I’ll figure out the solution.

Missed calls, enquiries going cold, an evening a week lost to admin. I work out what’s actually causing it, then build whatever fixes it: an automation, a booking system, a website, or sometimes nothing at all.

  • Fixed price in writing
  • You talk to the person building it
  • Money back if the Health Check finds nothing

“I had so many different ideas and things I wanted to bring together, but I didn't know how to turn them into one clear solution. I was honestly shocked that he had managed to turn all those messy ideas into something so clear in such a short space of time.”

How it works

  1. 01

    Understand

A conversation about what happens now, and where enquiries or hours are leaking out.

  2. 02

    Plan

A fixed quote and a written scope. You know the price and the date before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build

I build it, you see it as it goes, and you say what's wrong while it's still cheap to change.

  4. 04

    Launch

It goes live, I check it's working in the real world, and I show you how to run it.

Keeping it running

The build is the easy part. Six months later is the real test.

A booking system is only worth something if it's still working in six months. Things break quietly. A phone provider changes something, a reminder stops going out, and you don't notice until the diary looks empty. That's what this covers.

Monthly plans start at £29 and cover hosting, changes and keeping the automations alive. No long tie-in, cancel with 30 days’ notice, prices held for twelve months.

All three plans and what’s in them →

You deal with the person building it. No account managers, no handover to someone junior. I’ve built one thing for one business and I’d rather show you that than pretend to have built fifty.

Questions I get asked

How much will my project cost?

A business website is £650 and booking with automation is £500, or £995 for both together. A form that brings you the job with photos is £395. Smaller pieces of work start at £300, and anything with a dashboard and staff logins behind it starts at £2,500. Every project is split half up front and half when it goes live. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts. I don't bill by the hour, so a project that takes longer than I expected is my problem, not your invoice.

How long does it take?

A website is usually two to four weeks. A website with a booking system is three to six. Bigger internal systems are quoted in stages so you see something working early rather than waiting months for a launch day. The main thing that slows a project down is waiting on content, so I'll tell you up front exactly what I need from you.

Can you work with the website I already have?

Often, yes. If it's on a platform I can extend, adding a booking system or automation to what you've got is usually cheaper than starting again. If it's fighting you every time you try to change something, I'll say so, and I'll tell you honestly which of the two is the better use of your money.

Can you connect to the software I already use?

Usually. Most booking, payment, calendar and accounting tools have a way in. Tell me what you're running and I'll check before quoting, rather than promising and finding out later. If something genuinely can't be connected, you'll hear that before you've spent anything.

Can you get me to the top of Google?

Nobody honest can promise that, because nobody controls where Google or ChatGPT puts a business. What I can do is make sure they have a clear, consistent picture of what you do and where: a finished Google Business Profile, a page for each service, your customers' questions answered on your site, and the structured data that tells them what you are. That's the Get found work, £395 fixed, and you get screenshots of what comes up before and after.

What happens after it launches?

You can take it and run it yourself; you own it either way. Most people take a monthly plan instead, from £29, because the things that break are quiet: a reminder stops sending, a form starts failing, and nobody notices for three weeks. The plans cover hosting, changes and keeping the automations alive.

Tell me what’s slipping through the cracks.

Missed calls, enquiries going cold, an evening a week on admin. Whichever it is, describe it in a few lines and I’ll tell you what it would take to fix and what it would cost.

I reply to every enquiry within one working day.
