Price in one DM. Times in the next. Details in a third.
And you’re mid-treatment for all of it. I build booking that gets the treatment, the time and the consultation answers in one go, takes the deposit and sends the reminder. For salons, lash and nail techs, barbers and therapists across the North West.
If any of this sounds familiar
- Someone asks a price that's already on your page.
- “What times have you got?” while you're with a client.
- Consultation details chased the night before.
- A no-show, and no deposit taken.
- A regular who was never asked to rebook.
None of that is a shortage of clients. It’s the booking happening in the wrong place.
The booking happens on your site, whether you’re free or mid-treatment.
The DMs today
What happens instead
The DMs today
- DM asking the price
- “What times are free?”
- Details in a third message
- No-show, no deposit
- Regular who didn't rebook
What happens instead
- Prices on the page
- Live times to pick from
- Consultation form filled in
- Deposit taken at booking
- Rebook reminder sent
Everything the DMs used to collect, collected in one pass.
A site that answers before they ask
Treatments, prices and what each one involves, laid out so nobody has to message to find out. Kayla's has a search box on the homepage that answers the common questions.
Booking in one pass
Treatment, length, time, consultation form, send. It arrives as one complete booking instead of a conversation spread over two days.
Deposits and reminders
The deposit taken when they book, a reminder before the appointment, and a nudge to rebook when it's due. Your rules and your amounts.
Works with what you already use
Already on Fresha or Treatwell? I'll connect it rather than replace it. And if an app like that is all you actually need, I'll tell you.
Proof
Kayla was running her whole diary through Instagram.
Every booking started as a message. Someone would ask what a treatment cost, then what times were free, then send their details in a third message, all mixed in with everything else in one Instagram inbox. Kayla was answering the same questions daily, chasing consultation details before appointments, and losing enquiries that got buried.

What I built
A real website with treatment and pricing pages, and a five-step booking flow: pick a treatment, pick a length, choose when, fill in the consultation form, send. It arrives as one complete message instead of a conversation spread over two days. There's a search box on the homepage that answers the common questions (prices, how to book, what a treatment involves) before anyone needs to ask.
Enquiries arrive with the treatment, the timing and the consultation answers already attached. The back-and-forth that used to happen in DMs now happens on the site, at whatever hour the client is actually free to do it.
In her words
“I'd been thinking about getting my business presence out there for a while. I'd been advertising through Instagram and it was going really well, but I wanted to take it further. I had so many different ideas and things I wanted to bring together, but I didn't know how to turn them into one clear solution.
David came to me, offered me a call, and after just one conversation I explained what I had in mind. A few days later, he came back to me with an idea that was exactly what I had been looking for over the previous few weeks. I was honestly shocked that he had managed to turn all those messy ideas into something so clear in such a short space of time.
I'm so happy with the results. It's something I now use regularly for my business, from the website and booking system to automating the client experience from start to finish.
I'm really happy with the work David has done and would definitely work with him again. He's genuinely down to earth, easy to work with and puts his clients first.”
How it goes
- 01
Understand
A conversation about what happens now, and where enquiries or hours are leaking out.
- 02
Plan
A fixed quote and a written scope. You know the price and the date before anything starts.
- 03
Build
I build it, you see it as it goes, and you say what's wrong while it's still cheap to change.
- 04
Launch
It goes live, I check it's working in the real world, and I show you how to run it.
What it costs
- Business website£650
- Booking + automation£500
- Website + booking together£995
- Several staff or locationsfrom £1,500
Launch pricing, held for the first ten projects. Bigger salons with more staff and services may need a little more, and you'll get a fixed quote before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Keeping it running, from £29/month
A booking system is only worth something if it’s still working in six months. Reminders stop quietly, and you find out when the diary looks empty.
- Care£29/monthThe site stays up, stays safe, and stays current.
- Growth£79/monthEverything in Care, plus somebody watching the automations.
- Partnerfrom £199/monthEverything in Growth, plus development time set aside for you.
- First three months included with every project.
- No long tie-in.
- Cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Prices held for 12 months.
You deal with the person building it. Fixed price agreed before anything starts, and you own what gets built.
Who you’d be working with
I’m David, and Travinyx is my software business.
Wigan, Greater Manchester. Based in Wigan, working remotely with clients across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US.
One person, not an agency. I build it and I’m the one who picks up when a reminder stops sending.
Travinyx is new. Kayla’s site is the one build live, and I’d rather you judged that than a page of logos.

Before you ask
I already use Fresha or Treatwell. Can you work with that?
Yes. Plenty of people want to keep the booking platform they're already trained on and just want a proper website in front of it, plus the automatic replies and reminders around it. That's a smaller, cheaper project than replacing everything. If you'd rather move off it, usually because of the commission, I can build the booking flow directly into your site instead.
Will I have to learn something complicated?
No. The point is that it runs while you're with a client. Day to day you look at your bookings and that's it. When you do want to change a price or add a treatment, I'll show you how in about ten minutes and write it down so you're not relying on remembering.
What if I want to change my prices later?
You change them yourself. Prices, treatments, opening hours and photos are all yours to edit. That's a basic requirement, not an extra. If you'd rather not touch it at all, small changes are included in every monthly plan and you can just message me.
How long until it's live?
A booking website is usually three to five weeks from the day I start. The fastest way to slow it down is waiting on your treatment list and prices, so I'll ask for those first and chase you for them.
What if it doesn't get me any bookings?
That's a fair question and I'm not going to promise you a number I can't control. What I can tell you is what the system does: every missed call gets an instant reply with a booking link, every enquiry gets answered in seconds instead of hours, and every appointment gets a reminder. If enquiries are currently going cold because you're mid-appointment, that's the gap it closes. If you're not getting enquiries at all, a booking system isn't your problem yet, and I'll tell you that rather than sell you one.
Tell me how bookings reach you now and I’ll send you a price.
A couple of lines is enough. What you do, where bookings come in, and what keeps slipping.
